Durable high tenacity shiny nylon macro rep bonded to a transparent polyurethane film on the inside. In order to enhance movement, the sleeves and body of the garment have been cut, covered with edging in Silk Light, an ultra-light, slightly resin treated shiny trilobate nylon fabric, and then sewn with a gap of 2 mm between each section on a band that is also made of Silk Light. Silk Light has also been used for the lining of the hood and for an additional internal hood. Detachable lining in Silk Light, quilted with polyester padding, attached to the outer garment using a system of ties adapted from those used in the sailing world. The garment and detachable lining are washed at 90 °C, as for the dyeing process.
